Most products don’t fail because of bad design.

They fail because no one fixed the problem first.

Approach

We start with what’s broken
in your business.

One process, four phases
  1. 01Discovery
  2. 02Design
  3. 03Build
  4. 04Launch & scale
Method

problem first

At Roars, we don’t start with screens. We start with what’s broken in your business.

Then we design, build, and scale products that actually move metrics.

The process, end to endproblem ↓ performance
  1. 01

    Discovery

Understanding your customers, your business, and where you are losing opportunity.

Focused interviews that uncover real customer behaviour rather than assumptions. A read on how people use what you have now, and where the friction is. Then the problems worth solving, ranked by impact and feasibility, so what you leave with is a decision rather than a wish list.

  2. 02

    Design

Flows, prototypes and an interface that is tested before anything is built.

The journeys first, then the screens. Clickable prototypes early enough that a wrong turn costs a week rather than a quarter, put in front of real users and changed by what that tells us. The handover is something your engineers can build from directly.

  3. 03

    Build

Engineering in two-week sprints, with something working to look at every Friday.

Front end, back end, database and hosting, built by the people who designed it rather than handed to a different team. A named project manager who does not change. Test coverage and the integrations go in as the product is built, not bolted on before launch.

  4. 04

    Launch & scale

Release, measure, and keep improving on what real usage tells you.

Store submission and launch support, then analytics wired in from the first day so the numbers exist to read. A written read of what the first users actually did. After that the product moves on evidence — performance, engagement and growth — rather than on the next idea in the queue.
